Your paternity testing results will be ready within 5 business days from the time our laboratory receives all tested parties’ DNA samples.

Each case will be set up with a reference number and a password. Only those you authorize and who can provide the correct information for verifying their identity will have access to the case.
You can choose a way for us to contact you, and even at a time that you specify. When you call one of our service representatives, they will only ask you for the minimum amount of information required to process your order. They will also ask for an address where the home DNA test kit should be sent. The home DNA test kits are sent in an unmarked envelope and you may request to have results sent to you via email.

We use 15 identifying markers called 'probes' to determine paternity. The 15 markers we use include the 13 markers used by the U.S. FBI. They are the Gold Standard for human identification.
